Riverside Path Improvements

The new path surface will stretch 130 meters from the rear of Lynton Avenue to the weir. Work is being undertaken by The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) who have recently finished building a section of footpath in Beck Wood, Collingham. Wates, the company carrying out work on the British Library has very kindly donated many of the materials for the new path in Boston Spa. Volunteers are invited to come and help. A team of staff and volunteers from TCV will be working on site between 10am and 3.30pm on the following 6 days: Tue 25^th Jan,  Wed 26^th Jan, Thu 27^th Jan, Sun 30^th Jan, Tue 1^st Feb, Wed 2^nd Feb. No tools or experience are required but volunteers should wear sturdy footwear and bring their own lunch. Booking is essential if you wish to assist. Please email york@tcv.org.uk.
