Stables Lane Community Park

Stables Lane now has a junior play area which opened in January 2022 thanks to a grant from the FCC Communities Fund. The park also has an infant play area, two junior football pitches for league matches and plays host to a number of outdoor fitness classes, bootcamps and toddler football classes.    

The Friends of Stables Lane, (FOSL), Working Group really want to hear from you. What would you like to see at Stables Lane Park?

Friends of Stables Lane (FOSL) Working Group

The Friends of Stables Lane Working Group is a sub-committee of the Parish Council tasked with planning the day-to-day management of the Park, its future developments and discussing any other relevant matters that may arise in relation to the Park.  Meetings take place every quarter and the minutes are available to view via the link below:-

How to find the Park

Directions to Stables Lane Park

The Park can be found down Stables Lane, which is off the High Street where Cohens Chemist is on the corner opposite the Interior Affairs shop.

Walk down Stables Lane away from the High Street and you will see the entrance to the Park just where the road turns to the left.

Come down and explore the facilities.
