Planning Applications
The Parish Council will normally publish brief details of all applications that it receives each month on this site and will record the decisions made by the City Council. It is not possible to give full details but further information can be found by clicking on the link shown against each application or, if this doesn't work, by going to the City Councils Planning website through its Public Access feature which can be found
here . Type in the application number as instructed on the web page or use the Property search instead. The City Council has now made the application files much more accessible and it is generally possible to access plans and all other relevant documents on line. They are having some problems with certain platforms and on occasion it may not be possible to download some .TIF documents or use the measuring tool. These problems are being addressed by the City Council who intend to introduce a new system which will have wider and better facilities for members of the public. In the meantime they are also available at Wetherby library as described elsewhere.
Where applications are detailed below no decision has been made by Leeds City at the time of posting on this website. Where a date is shown after the application number it indicates the date by which comments should be sent to the planning authority if you wish to object to, or support, the application. However if the date has passed it usually means that the application has not been determined by the City Council so it should still be possible to submit your comments. This will be clearly shown on the Public Access website against the relevant application.
